For a while, I wanted to share how we are developing at metr because I really like it. But not only that, I found out that writing this kind of information empowers the team to change that. I found that it's easier to change things that are well-defined and explicit than things that are just implicitly agreed upon. The flexibility doesn't come from having everything loose, but having everything  fixed, but easy to change.
